Get out of this nightmare!!! From me neither in this nor any more of this hotel chain
Very bad experience, to say the worst hotel where I've been.
- terms of comfort
- stopped in time
- Very dark.
-decoration years 40/50
To emphasize
The only positive thing I can have is the bed, even if you slept well.
Worst of all, they sell cat for lebe.
A romantic Vacation Package was purchased
- bottle of sparkling of the little ones (mark reles , sweet)
Banal Chocolates (Regina orange) looks like it was to run out stock
Worst of all, dinner you think you're going to have a different experience, but no, you're going to eat what everyone eats (buffet), sell cat for lebe.
Where is the part of the tasteful experience romance, still say that are management orders.

The tickets were all pre-frozen bought in the super markets

Another thing is all in pre-paid.
It seems the management knows what it has and is afraid that customers will not pay for being badly served.
The best thing you can do is ask for an invoice.
We went to the pool we were not informed that it was marked (waiting list)
At the reception they say that it is not necessary to take the paper to the pool and when we arrived at the pool the employee was unpleasant made us up to the room to get the paper and when we wanted to enter said that it was no longer possible. Because of the huge number of people who were using them, and people waiting, they could have given the information right away.
The whole hotel both inside and outside seems to have been abandoned.

Wedding anniversary should be something special for the positive, and I can guarantee it was awful.
It's better to close than to fool customers.
In the spa pool, some things didn't work.
Turkish bath either.
In short, neither this hotel nor any other members of the group.

I went without back pain I came back from tracks
Massagers seemed to be late for the Orient Express. I felt a chicken being turned in the spike and eventually they disappeared (it seemed like they were afraid of feedback).
Pools with 50% damaged jets.
It all falls to pieces.
Afonso Henriques's time room. Bath glass with silicone “pendurados”. Mattress without base structure that accommodated body weight. Pillows that seemed to have walked the war and could no longer withstand the force of gravity. A blanket for 2 people who had already been used by an entire infantry in the midst of a war campaign. Corridor lights flashing, it looks like Christmas.
Worst food of my whole life.
No soul. No brio (like the care).
Confirmed duck nor roasted was, by the way, would be cooked? It was a neon rose, it could be a trend... dried potatoes... dried entries, leafy scene with olives.
I keep waiting for someone to say:
Cut! This was for the captives.

Unhappy with this weekend....
Reception service was less than my expectations (we arrived at the site was a little more than 17.30h and informed that there were massages for 18h (they did not appreciate calling to give this information for such) I as I did not intend to do the massage, gave the opportunity to my wife to do mine. It was scheduled for the next day and it ended up not being done, pk had no availability for the scheduled time and proposed to schedule the afternoon (when our stay was at the end of this day(finim!!!) And at the very least, they could take more into account the guests and arrange another solution to the problem in question (or refund or give a chance of access to the pool until the end of the stay)....the receptionist was very antipathetic (neither asked if they were satisfied and or find a solution for the incident....nothing!!!!).

The hotel of the Shining in crappy version
If you’re looking for a scary experience worthy of a low-budget horror movie... This is definitely your hotel. Remember to bring an OUIJA or an axe.
Endless corridors, doors that won’t close, power cords in the shower, lights that turn off and on alone, ghost staff, mold and grime on shower screens, sheets full of stains and hair, sparse breakfast and biscuits fresh from the freezer.
I could keep telling you about my experience, but you'd better find out for yourself.
