Very pleasant hotel, near the train station, so it's very convenient if arriving by Eurostar etc into Amsterdam. (Or Schiphol airport). Great views of the city, which just a short walk away (Leiden is quite compact). Good breakfast (if a little pricey). You can leave luggage too, and we could check in early. Not a "destination" hotel perhaps but very pleasant and everything you need as a base for exploring and enjoying this lovely city and the surrounding area.

I can't cancel my booking. That's terrible. My visa was rejected, and they can't accept this condition.

The room was worn and dirty. The walls in the bathroom and obvious bodily fluids on them. The bedsheets were dirty and the room door needed to be pushed to close.

Room with one queen and one twin bed. Good family stay close to main train station.

They didn't clean the floor of the room during one week, so we had to ask the stuff to clean it.
Sometimes the cleaning starts at 10:00 a.m., but sometimes late at 3:00, p,m.
The stuff at the reception were quite helpful and responsive, solving all the problems. Great!
