The best Hotel without hesitation

The hotel is super comfortable, the breakfast is excellent you feel at home! The truth for the price is more than fine, I really love the attention of all people make us feel at home really
He highlighted the work of the reception girls especially KARINA, EVELYN and ENRIQUE, their treatment is excellent and they support you in any way you need, he highlighted equally the attention of the breakfast manager very friendly and considerate as well as the gentleman who is outside at night watching the cars apart from the hotel is safe the gentleman can be seen that he cares equally about the coming of the vehicles , Likewise I STRESS for the way of treating the customers , his excellent treatment and the way of helping the boss MERLIN is always watching one and helps you in any way you need in a great way. This is definitely my top 1 hotel whenever I go to Guadalajara. Thank you so much.

The room was too small. I reserved a Queen bed but the room had a fullsize bed. The webpage says the hotel provides transportation from and to the airport but it does not say the service hours, so I ended utlizi g the services of a taxi cab to get there.

I took this hotel because your promo said we have shuttle from Airport, this never happens. don't mention this service If you don't have it

i would like some kind of compensation in the form of a refund. the rooms were tiny, no closet, no fridge, smelled, there was a purifier in our room due to smells. the carpets were the color black and didnt get vacummed. the toilet water was yellow. the food was salty for breakfast. the over stay was not pleasant and it's in an industrial area far from everything. the toilet holder kept falling in the garbage can in the bathroom. the staff was nice at least.

I check in between 9:30pm& 10pm as soon I get my room the only thing I need is to rest because i got a flight at 6am so I was sleeping when I heard that some one was trying to open the door that wakes me up and I lay my body in to the door cuz the person open the door but also the door was locked by inside with the chain lock then I decided to open the door and see what’s going on and there was a man saying that he was told to go and check the room that was very weird to me cuz that never happens to me before at any hotel after that situation I couldn’t sleep any moré. besides that now I’m worry as they also took a copy of my passport I know international stays at hotels they do that but at this location makes me think a lot.
