its a cheap motel and the photos are deceptive

This is a cheap motel, definitely not a 5 star hotel. We felt like we got scammed. The rooms were not nice or clean at all. there were no amenities. and we paid $100 a night. I gave 1 star because the stuff were very nice and friendly.
The owner/management is definately ripping people off. Dont trust the photos. The hotel looks nothing like it

Needs maintenance

Service is very good, all the hotel personal are great. The hotel needs important things to fixed, towels were dirty and cleaning utensils were left on the room. The pool bar and roof top were closed. Breakfast is not included as listed on TripAdvisor, just when you reserve directly on their webpage

There was not water, no air conditioning control and the staff service was really poor. The room was not ready on time. Way too expensive for what it has to offer.

Pictures are misleading. It's crammed up a small street with lots of graffiti outside. Granted not totally their fault how the surrounding streets are. Reception is shabby. Room was ok. No water or drinks in the fridge. Couldn't access the AC unit behind a wooden unit it was housed in.
We came back from a night out about 2am to the hotel totally locked up. There was no doorbell or way to alert anyone. We called three times to try to get in. The first time the guy told us we were in the wrong place. Finally after bashing on the metal doors someone came and let us in. For the price it's not worth it. Paid the same for the Hyatt Regency in Polanco.
