Please inform Mookai Hotel of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please share your flight details with the property at least 72 days before your arrival to secure your seat for the transfer. Please note that a Green Tax of USD 6 per child, per night is applicable additionally. This tax is already calculated and included in the booking price for adults. Mookai Hotel is easily accessible by a taxi from Velana International Airport to arrive on your own. If you require the transfer to be arranged by the hotel and pay at the hotel, we can assist you in that regard. You should request the transfer minimum 48 hours prior to arrival with your flight details. Please note that we do not have a dedicated hotel vehicle for airport transfers and you will be transferred in a public taxi. Airport transfer charges when it is arranged by the hotel is US$10/- per person, one way.

Please note that Maldives is an island country. The hotel/ resort is only accessible by the transportation arranged by the property If it is not on the same island with the airport of your flight, which will incur additional costs. Please contact the hotel to arrange the transfers (recommended 7 days in advance). The final transfer cost and information provided by the hotel will be considered the most accurate.
