I just stay here for my transfert. It was calm and comfy. I didn't had any issues and they can keep our suitcase for the day.

Worst Hotel in Osaka

Pillow are bad to sleep (so thin). Hotel doesn’t provide complain form so clearly they don’t care their customer. Worst place you can get. Please rather choose Hotel LiveMax; cheaper price and you doesn’t need to face bad customer service.

I'm staying in Kansai.

Great location, clean room. The only disadvantage was ac that for some reason couldn't be turned off.
