You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. - The property provides a free shuttle from JR Hakodate Station to the hotel once a day, departing at 13:45. - Guests are required to be at the station by 13:30. - A reservation is required at the time of booking, please note that requests made on the day of arrival cannot be accommodated. - Guests are advised to either take a taxi or take a public bus from JR Hakodate Station bound for Todohokke-Shishomae. The bus ride is approximately 90-minutes. - The property provides a shuttle from the Todohokke-Shishomae Bus Stop. If you require pick-up from this bus stop, please inform the property of your expected arrival time at the time of booking. Walking from the bus stop to the hotel will take approximately 60-minutes. Please note that there are no restaurants or supermarkets near the hotel. Guests who wish to have dinner at the property are advised to book a half-board inclusive rate. Meal requests made on the day cannot be accommodated. Please note the property has a curfew at 22:00. Guests cannot leave or enter the property after this time.
