Location, location, location
The hotel is basically an apartment with three guest rooms (with bathrooms en suite) plus a full kitchen, dining room, living room, and office area. I always prefer to self-cater when I can when travelling so this was perfect for me - I prepared simple meals and enjoyed them in the dining area - nice change from other properties where you might end up eating on your bed or having a carpet-picnic..!
The women who run the property were extremely friendly and helpful and were available by text or phone 24/7. I hardly saw or was aware of the other people staying there. (They might not say the same for me, since I was making breakfast in the morning...) The sharing aspect might not suit some people, but I felt totally cool with it.
The only down-side to this property would be the stairs -- you have 3 flights of stairs to go up (or down), which might be tricky for some. Schlepping my trolley was slightly challenging. (I would not recommend for a family with babies and a stroller.)
I would LOVE to visit this hotel again, and would recommend highly to groups or couples who would like to share space, for example over Shabbat.
The only other issue I encountered was with the shower, which was TINY. I'm a small woman and it was cramped for me.
