Excellent cost benefit!
I loved my stay in this excellent cost-effective hotel right in the centre near the terminal station you can do everything on foot the room is a little small but nothing that interferes with your accommodation. Like most buildings in the centre of Rome the elevator is quite small and sometimes it pays more to use the stairs, the breakfast simple but good. I'd come back without fear.

The room was not clean and it smelled like sewage. It was obvious staff knew because the window was wide open. We checked in late and exhausted. I should have complained and asked for a different room but instead we tried not to gag all night. Couldn’t wait to get out of there in the morning. When I told them the room was uninhabitable due to the smell they did nothing.

II had booked a suite with hydromassage for 2 nights (screenshots attached) but the tub didn't have stopper. I requested the stopper to fill the tub then the reception wanted to charge me 50 euros to use the tube. Even showing that my reservation had hydromassage, they wanted me to pay 50 euros for the stopper.
The shower in the tube has a ridiculous pressure and the shower box is opened and the bathroom is also opened so the wind from the air conditioning hit a person that is taking shower. They offered me to change the room without tube, but I thought that I could get a worse room.
Additionally, the room was so dirty that I gave up to arguing about the tube

Comfortable, pleasant and well-attended
We chose this hotel for a short stay for the convenience of close proximity to Termini. The reception is not very attractive but the room really was cute, comfortable, clean and modern. Ours was a Deluxe Quadruple Room, with modern bathroom (shower and water pressure worked perfectly), facilities (coffee and water heater) and good dimensions. It had a division that separated the rooms: one with double bed and on the other side two single beds. There were two TVs (but a single remote control, that's rare), safe and good lighting both natural and artificial. The reception was always very friendly. Breakfast is good, with everything you need to start your day (cookies, cornets, butter, jams, scrambled eggs, toaster, cold cuts, coffee, tea, unnatural juices, etc.). I think it is a good hotel with good price/quality ratio as long as you are looking for close to the train station.
