All-inclusive and more
Large rooms, in our case with sea view
On the first floor is located the restaurant room with super abundant Italian and American breakfast buffet
Water and carbonated drinks dispensers always accessible and inflatable and entertainment for children who moves to the beach and pool if necessary
Room manager who adds an extra touch of elegance and manages the friendly and smiling waiters in the room, always ready to fulfill every culinary desire and not
Director Top, kind and present Small shutter failure immediately resolved in a timely manner
The girls on the floors do a great job and impeccably
I read some very negative reviews and don't know what people saw...We had a wonderful time and will definitely come back
I attach photos of the inflatable h24, of my children playing "UNO" with a boy of the animation, of the pool and the entrance

No Comment!!i
The only positive note is the size of the rooms, otherwise the hygienic conditions are impossible, especially those of the common areas (indescribable children's play area, dangerously broken chairs and umbrellas etc.)
No comment the kitchen (mostly hospital canteen, but without hospital hygiene conditions!) with quality food not recommended
When asked to have a simple interview with the Director (before leaving), I was denied the presence (seen over and over again), even though I also left my phone to be called back. So: not only (partial) refund denied, but not even a chance to compare.
What can I say: discouragement is an understatement!

Great holiday!
Very nice hotel facing the sea, no need to cross the street, spacious, clean rooms, with safe, WiFi, mini fridge, SKY TV and balcony with breathtaking sea views!!
There is also a nice swimming pool on the 1st floor with children's slide.
The affiliated beach (Playa Pura Vida) is located about 200 meters, the sea very clean and suitable for children has exceeded our expectations.
Clean and very spacious restaurant with buffet service from breakfast to dinner offers rich and varied dishes. Excellent sweet and savory breakfast.
We would like to thank the director Ciro, the receptionist Melissa, the Turtle animation guys Niccolò and Mattia, the cleaning staff, the restaurant team, the head of the room, the cook, and the waiters, all good and very kind, always smiling and ready to meet our requests
Thanks again for this beautiful stay, I would consider it for a future and Recommendation for families with children and 4-legged friends.

Recommended
Just finished 10 days of vacation in which we were pampered by restaurant service above expectations, with the waiting staff particularly attentive and friendly.
Clean rooms and premises, really nice pool!
Not least the professionalism and helpfulness of the Director Ciro and receptionist Melissa.
Always ready to satisfy every request.
SUPER RECOMMENDED!
