Location location location, perfectly situated near all the main restaurants and shops, we loved the roof terrace, breakfast was amazing along with the views from the terrace. Would stay here again just for the views from the roof terrace

Decent hotel but toiletries like toothbrush isn’t provided and they provide only 2-in-1 shampoo which isn’t good for your hair
The breakfast items were poor as well, especially the scrambled eggs (simple dish that’s difficult to mess up)

The best spot in Palermo!
The room we stayed in was spacious yet uncomfortable with a lack of seating and the whole room lacked light for reading.
The bathroom was large & functional, but lacked adequate towel bars.
There was an elevator near our room, worked going up, but never came going down.
WiFi was thready in our room.
This hotel could be improved particularly in comfort & lighting.

Great location, comfortable room, stinky bathroom with a moldy shower that sent water all over the floor. Excellent breakfast on a lovely terrace.

The location of the hotel is excellent and we were upgraded to a room with a view of the fountain however there was a lot of noise from the street below long into the night. The hotel room was fine for one night but the bathroom was maybe a bit dirty.
