Incompetence?

We stayed for 4 nights in this residence and the experience was disappointing overall. The location and structure of the apartment is as described on the booking portals. For mobility reasons, we had explicitly requested and were confirmed a ground floor accommodation. Upon our arrival we found ourselves an apartment on the mezzanine floor with 6 steps to overcome and this involved a considerable effort to one of the guests. The error could have been avoided if the operator had paid more attention to our request. Honestly, it had to be said that there was no suitable solution for our needs and we would look elsewhere. Having paid for the entire stay before taking possession of the apartment, we had to accept what was intended for us.
During the stay there were other drawbacks including the broken television antenna cable (promptly fixed by a technician), two induction cookers on four faults and the coffee maker provided in the meager equipment of the apartment, was not compatible with the induction cookers (this was also replaced). In general, we were forced to contact reception several times. If you succeed, be more attentive to specific customer requests in the future and check the functionality of all appliances thoroughly before arrival.
To close on a high note, after check-out we realized that we had left some cold cuts and cold cuts still sealed in the refrigerator. We contacted the reception only when we realized and certainly not to come back for them, but we were told that nothing had been found and that as a rule food left in the fridge, must be thrown away. I agree with food that has already been opened, but not with food that is still sealed. Shame on you and I hope it really wasn't thrown away. In general: it takes little to be better than this structure.

Not a hotel

You should be careful when booking this accommodation. The pictures that can be found on the Internet do not correspond to the reality. We booked 2 nights in July and were very disappointed. The first problem was that the apartment was not ready when we were supposed to check in, and we had to wait 2 extra hours. when we got to the room we could see that the beds were not made. When we contracted the reception, we were informed that we should do this ourselves, as the cleaning staff has gone home for the day. The bathroom in the apartment we got was full of mold. At the complex there are 4 parking spaces that can accommodate large cars, and the remaining spaces are in the garage and are very small. You can park a Fiat 500 or smaller.

Not recommended, they steal and disrespectful

I stayed one night in this hotel, very disorganized reception.
On the day of departure I realized that I had forgotten my AirPods, so I contacted the hotel to find out if they had found them, since I could locate them and they were still there.
They said they would let me know but after a couple of hours the headphones hadn't moved, so I contacted the hotel and they couldn't help me and the girl was rude and laughed on the phone.
We will go through legal action

Remove from list

A slight delay (4 minutes) did not allow me to stay in this hotel.
No assistance or flexibility, nor the possibility of having a refund, from the staff or the numbers I had as contacts.
I understand the rigidity applied as a management style but from a customer care perspective this is not appreciated at all.
Obviously canceled from any future choice options.

Negative and above all rude staff

At first glance you see everything as beautiful, then you discover that the bathroom sink is blocked, the bed dams are broken, the water in the shower almost doesn't come out, in the kitchen apart from a few pots there isn't even a napkin to dry yourself with, not even a cloth to clean kitchen things
