Absolutely fantastic! Highly recommended.

We stayed from the 14 - 25 Sept. We loved the Villa, the high celing room with chandelier, very comfortable beds. Fantastic Staff like Ali, Angela and the guy's in the snackbar in the evening, and in the breakfast room. Nice swimmingpool area. Good breakfast. You stay in a lovely area but only minutes to cool bars and good restaurants and the Boboli park. Only 15 minutes walk to Ponte Veccio bridge. We had dinner at Villa Cora (3 minutes up the road). Highly recommended! Thank you for a fantastic stay and the perfect place for our 40 years of marriage.

Horrible filled with mold and insects

Rooms full of insects and mold everywhere
I've been sick for two days
Staff did not change my room
Current jump after shower
Full of insects
Found window open every day Despite communicating it was full of mosquitoes
Horrible experience sucks
More than 4 stars from denunciation all asl
Dirty curtains to suck
Old and full of mold
More than 200€ per room to have mold in the room
Shut it down. You suck.

Not well but with potential

Very nice property in a cottage on a hill and surrounded by greenery. The location is great and close to the center (in 15 minutes walk you reach old bridge). The problem is the decay or lack of care of the rooms: old and painted windows, holes in the walls and doors, and repainting of the rough walls. Paper walls from which you can hear everything that happens in the neighboring rooms. In the rooms it is cold even in October. At night there is no one in reception and you serve yourself to get the keys. Very meager breakfast with few essential things. In short, not well but with potential where you want to invest a little.

Hotel was functional; bar facility poor; breakfast was average; swimming pool unusable due to lack of cleaning; paint peeling off ceiling in bathroom; no porterage assistance with steep steps and no ramp leading up to hotel entrance; however reception staff helpful with taxi requests.

An Average Hotel in Florence!

Good location. Average room. Basic breakfast, eggs over cooked. Small Swimming Pool area which isn’t regularly tended by the staff, no service. Snack menu can be asked for but food arrives still frozen. Friendly, helpful staff. 20 mins walk to the Ponte Vecchio. Super market 15mins walk. Quick to order a taxi.
