Staff and staff very kind and extremely helpful in advising guests on both activities to do and what to see and where to eat, top the use of bicycles, too much parking, top top top breakfast. Everything neat and clean. Some may complain about the lack of a lift but maybe they should look at something else, taking 2 stairs is only good... if you are on holiday even better. Congratulations to the managers and staff.

A pleasant surprise

A slightly dated but well-kept structure, family-run or almost, therefore attentive and with experience. Convenient location, our room was not on the main street but at the back, so quiet. Spartan furnishings and a little old but functional. Cleaning ok. Hot water plentiful and immediately available. Private parking a notable plus. Bikes available for guests, they would need some maintenance but still usable. Staff at reception always friendly and helpful. Finally I leave the comment on the breakfast, the real highlight of the stay, plentiful, quality and varied. Price in my opinion high but evidently aligned with what the place offers. Castiglione has never been cheap, some particularities of the place partly justify the high prices, as long as demand holds up they are right to position themselves in this range.

Kinda disappointing hotel stay.

Given the way the structure presents itself and the location (along the road), 137 euros per night with breakfast only (the only valid thing) to be reviewed absolutely, not up to par. Unkempt car park with weeds around the cars
We stayed 4 nights, the first night we were given a motel room with an indecent mattress and an old room with more problems....
I had a room changed and the next stay they gave us a larger room but with the usual old furniture and with a leaky shower in the bathroom....,

Nice holiday

Returning after a week in the charming Castiglione della Pescaia where we stayed in this hotel which left us satisfied.
The atmosphere in the rooms is a little dated but cleanliness and spaciousness are also perfect for the bathroom.
The breakfast was plentiful and good, both sweet and savory.
Kindness in the room and at the reception.
Reserved parking, two steps from the sea and two steps from the village.

Very nice and clean hotel on the beach, staff was fantastic, Thank You Erika and Francesco, they booked dinner reservations for us, gave info on where to go, got us discounts for the beach umbrella and chairs. Excellent breakfast, nice variety, excellent coffee. Very good internet connection. Large bathroom ( a bonus in Europe). We will come back!!!
