Good property
It is a great hotel to stay with family. All the staff are very good, they treat the guests very well.
The food is very good, The room is also very nice.
The security personnel are also very nice, and Sunilbhai is also very good person

It was an excellent stay at hotel orchid shimla.
Here I would like to thank to Mr Nitesh for providing assistance at most of the places during our stay in hotel.
He was very cooperative, caring and helpful during our stay specially in bar services.

Great experience

Nice place for visit and get-together party and amazing view and bar was well setup
We organized a small event on the roof top Bar and restaurant .we had a great time there.the service team was very helpful.and we received 5 **** service there.thankyou all service team specially thanks . Mr anil for making us a good cocktail and mocktails. we had a great time..thanks

Exceptional Service and Amazing Staff – Made Our Shimla Trip Perfect!

Absolutely loved my stay here! The service was excellent and the staff went above and beyond to make the experience memorable. A special shoutout to the front desk team – Parul, Nikita, Yashita, Nikhil, Vansh, and Vaibhav – they were all incredibly friendly, helpful, and full of great suggestions for exploring Shimla. Their warm hospitality truly made a difference. Highly recommend this hotel!

Leisure just like Home Away from Home.

Good host to witness the tranquility of shimla with good care and best food. a perfect location to relax and enjoy the atmosphere that mesmerised our family. hospitality team specially Sakshi, Chander, Nitesh and many more to name took great care of us specially my child. very cooperative team.
will surely make this my choice for stay again whenever i visit shimla.
