Executive Saloon which is 550 sq feet is spacious and facing Juhu Beach. Excellent view all day long and great Sunset view

The staff were very rude, and didn’t not enjoy any interaction with the staff. The prices on food and drink was extortionate. Equally the price of a a lot nicer hotel 500m up the road was a 10 times nicer for an additional £40 a night more.
Poor rooms, poor service and not a nice experience.

I asked to speak to the sales team so i can sign a corporate contract and get a good deal. The person who spoke to me - Mr Salil. He was very rude and felt he was doing me a favor. I decided not to go ahead. What a pity.

Very nearly worth a 5star rating. The room was clean, the service was very good. But the whole thing just felt a little tired. But it hit the spot for me. It was lovely to have excellent service and to drink a nice cold beer at the end of a busy day. Don't have high expectations of the beach - it did not feel safe for me.
