The hotel is known for its top-notch Malvani, Seafood, Punjabi & Chinese food as well as the service. We have gorgeous individually decorated rooms consisting of 8 Deluxe double room, 8 Twin Bedroom & 4 Superior deluxe king suites with elegant, stylish dcor and great amenities, including free Wi-fi around the premises, Flat-screen TVs. Ample of parking space for the guest cars which is free as well. Fine- dining restaurant for families to dine in the great atmosphere and to spend time with their loved ones. Separate bar & Permit room.

Best place in Kanakavli to stay and a relatively new hotel
Positives
1)The hotel has an open parking space for enough number of cars
2)Has a tap with a long rubber pipe for washing car enough water supply on our own
3)The deluxe non ac room I stayed was quite spacious
4)The restaurant was quite spacious and with good menu on the card. The food that we ordered was quite delicious and also the breakfast we had was also quite nice(but all was with extra charge, but breakfast charges were reasonable)
5)The hotel agreed with my request of a negotiated price for the deluxe room
6)The room was quite spacious, very clean with clean bed-linens and toilet was spacious with hot water at the tap on the next day morning, in addition they provided us 1 very hot water bucket previous night when we checked in

1)The hotel receptionist boy was initially sounding quite indifferent but later when we checked in he was helpful
2)The lift was quite small/congested and quite far from the rooms

Excellent Service and Food
"My stay at The Relax was simply enchanting! From the moment I arrived, the staff greeted me warmly and made me feel right at home. The room was immaculate, with luxurious amenities and breathtaking views. The dining experience surpassed all expectations, with delectable cuisine and impeccable service. A bit far from town
The hotel is recently opened. Tariff is Rs. 1800/night on hotel aggregators. If uou call the hotel & push they give you same rate. Rooms are big and clean. Bathrooms are a bit small, still not an issue. BF is a la carte. No teamaker or mini fridge in room. Hotel is 1.5 kms from kankavali town. It's bang on highway, but you will not get an auto from hotel towards town. On way from town to hotel getting dropped is no issue for Rs. 50.

Excellent stay, best food
I stayed for one night on Dec 20 at Hotel Relax. The overall stay was excellent. The suite room I stayed was very spacious and elegant. All the fitting and fixtures are modern as the hotel is brand new. The best part if my stay was the food. The food quality and taste is outstanding. The traditional Maharashtrian fare for breakfast (ghavan, pohe, upma) is very tasty. The staff is very friendly and courteous. I highly recommend this hotel for anybody looking for a high quality and comfortable stay in Kankavli.
