Best View

peaceful stay, had a pleasant stay and the staff here are very friendly especially kilzen. It was nice service with the concierge. Telephone was not working, so that could’ve fixed but otherwise, come on its citadines, its my forever favourite.

Small actions by your staffs can make a difference on customer service

Great hotel and great staffs. Rooms are very clean with a nice balcony. Natasha is reception is super great. She was very helpful to get me the room ontime. I had a request on the top floor but it was taking time due to a late check-out of other guest but she ensured to manage the situation by upgrading and giving the room in 7th with access to 8th.

Amazing experience

Very nice one bedroom apartment. You get to enjoy sauna, steam, swimming pool and bath tub in the one bedroom apartment. Hospitality is super amazing. Loved it!
The rooms are super clean and they provide you with kitchen utensils as well. ❤️

Good location

The best that I can say it is located in the good area, the rooms are clean, the staff are friendly sorry forgot to note down their name (gentle man in the gym, ladies in hk & front office) we have a comfortable stay will definitely come back here.
