Everything you could wish for
If you are lucky enough to book Villa Anatoli, you are in for a wonderful time. It’s simply delightful.
From its sun-drenched position almost overhanging the Ionian sea to the care that has gone into fitting out the villa, it has everything you need. A super spacious fridge/freezer, pretty sea facing bedroom, effective air con, a stunning modern bathroom with luxurious waterfall shower and a brilliant outdoor kitchen.
One of the best things was lying in the super comfortable, super king-sized bed at night with the doors wide open, drifting off to the sound of the waves, safe from mosquitos, thanks to the very effective insect screens.
Efficient and discreet maid service daily is another luxury, as are the beach towels provided for guests and the beautiful, well-tended gardens, choc full of scented herbs. To top it all, Antonia is super-helpful and welcoming, we couldn’t fault anything at all and can’t wait to return

Stunning setting
Very well equipped and nicely furnished studio. Lots of space inside and great balcony with a fantastic view. Nice sea swimming from below the property and pleasant walk into Gaios. Highly recommended.

Beautiful villa - highly recommend
My friend and I stayed at Sunrise Paxos Villas in mid-September for five nights and I have nothing but amazing things to stay. Antonia - the villa manager was fantastic. The villas have a beautiful view and a gorgeous garden. There is also a private swimming spot which is great too. The rooms are fully self contained and ours had a great air conditioning unit. I really have not one single bad thing to say about our stay. Everything was perfect and this villa is full of charm. We will definitely be back to beautiful Paxos and we will definitely stay here again.

Everything you need and a view you'll never forget
I was fortunate to book into the newest of the cottages among the Sunrise Villa properties, Anatoli, a modern, stone-built house with a shaded porch closest to the sea. What a pleasure to wake every morning to sit up in bed and have an unobstructed view of the Ionian Sea, and only a few short steps below a tiny private cove for a morning swim in the crystaline sea. I never grew tired of watching the boats come and go out of Gaios, just around the bend. The kitchen was sufficient for making breakfast and the bathroom large and stylish. There were screens on the French doors so I could open both the living room and bedroom to enjoy the sea breeze without battling mosquitoes or other bugs. Rooms were cleaned each day and I appreciated the little sign posted in the bath reminding visitors that water on Paxos is a precious resource to be used wisely. The owner, Antonia, was kind enough to come meet me at the port upon arrival and provided counsel on things to see and do on Paxos. Unexpectedly, she also picked me up on her Vespa on the first afternoon in Gaios, when I went the short distance into town on foot to buy groceries. I admired her entrepreneurial spirit and the successful business she has built on the tiny island by creating accommodations like the comfortable house I stayed in. There are many choices on Paxos but I cannot imagine a nicer place than Sunrise Villas for a relaxing, Ionian holiday. Highly recommend.

The Kings wonderful holiday in Paxos
What a fantastic time we have had in Paxos. The villa is really spacious with a huge terrace and amazing views over the med to Greece It is in a great location, just a 15 minute walk from the bustling harbour with bars restaurants and boat hire (use Lefteris of Paxosboats.com). Antonia, the host has been so helpful, picking us up and dropping us back at the ferry and giving us tips and advice. Nothing has been too much trouble. Thank you !! 5⭐
