Best hotel in Hamburg, great location, nice ambience, value for money just TOP!
Totally recommended place, cheap prices, cool ambience, very large rooms & very clean.
The location everywhere what worth seeing in Hamburg is very optimal!
We will come back, I promise!

Finding the entrance was a challenge, we ended up finding our way in through a parking garage, why not put up proper and clear signage ????
Having to wait long for the room to be cleaned. Mattress felt old and worn.
We didn't really met any staff that made us feel welcome, most looked down whenever approached (reception/bar/breakfast). The breakfast offering very much smaller than expected, staff were not interested in explaining the concept, and mostly gone to the back. We ended leaving early as no one around to take our breakfast order.
Many great hotels in Hamburg. This is not one of them.

Disappointed.
We had booked two rooms where the sink drain was heavily blocked so the water rose during normal use. At breakfast the sausage and cheese were dry and old. The cheese was already arching upwards, while the sausage had dry spots.
The bread was tasty, but the croissants and French buns were very dry. You had to ask for service every time; no one ever asked for any further wishes of their own.
For a hotel of this price range of over 250 euros per room with breakfast, this is extremely disappointing. As an Accor Platinum member with a lot of hotel experience, I take this verdict: This hotel is not recommended for the price.
