Clean, comfortable room with very good food

Small and noisy
We ate there and the food was good.
Unfortunately for us, there was a birthday party (or something like this) going on in the restaurant. Music was loud and reaching up to our room, which made our sleep very difficult.
Our complaint was heard and a discount was made on the rent. Service and customers service was very good.

Im Ernstfall erkennt man wahre Kundenorientierung
Kurz die Standards: können Sie aus den vorangegangenen Bewertungen entnehmen.
Lage: zentral (in der Fußgängerzone)
Zimmer: gut und sauber
Frühstück: lecker und reichhaltig
Personal: macht hier den Unterschied. Vorbildlich.
Der Fall: Gast eingecheckt. Hotel überbelegt. Problem wg. Buchungssystem. Fakt kein Zimmer vorhanden.
Lösung: das Team hat es nicht nur bei einer Entschuldigung belassen, sondern sich persönlich bestens um alle meine Notwendigkeiten gekümmert und mich perfekt umsorgt sowie mich adäquat untergebracht (wenn auch nicht im Hotel Wefers). Aus vielen Reisen weiß ich, dass dies nicht selbstverständlich ist.
Fazit: klare Empfehlung und ich komme gerne wieder.
