THE WORST HOTEL EVER, AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
If you've booked this then do yourself a favour and cancel it and book somewhere else!
Horrible hotel, dirty, filthy room, horrible damp smell everywhere, disgusting bathroom, broken fixtures, grotty bedding..... I could go on!
We booked this as a stop over on our trip back from Spain to the UK. We've stayed in Ibis before and trusted the brand, how wrong could we be!!
We arrived in the evening after a very long drive from Spain. As soon as we stepped through the door we know we had made a mistake, it was dark and it was very dimly lit and a horrible smell meets you.
We had booked an accessible room to find that they didn't have any. We tried to find somewhere else but as it was evening and we were in the middle of some sort of industrial area it was impossible to find anything that would be wheelchair friendly. Looking back we should have stayed in the car!
The food vending machine in the reception area was filled with condoms and lots of strange men were wandering around both inside and outside the hotel!
Our window was broken and wouldn't close, we reported it to reception to be told that they knew it was broken and it had been reported several times but hadn't been repaired and wouldn't be during our stay!
After a very short night sleeping in our clothes on top of the covers we checked out in the early hours of the morning. The hotel staff weren't interested and seemed to agree with us how shocking the place was.
I've since made a complaint to Accor who we booked it through, they're not interested either and only send back basic copy and pasted answers. They keep telling me that the hotel will contact me shortly!! Almost a month later no one has been in touch.
Whatever you do, when visiting France DO NOT STAY HERE!

I'm not coming back here.
The room is very old, the radiator struggles to heat the room, mattress very hard, sheets in bad condition (torn in places), the TV is very very small, but the noise rotted us our night. Decent breakfast but it was cold.

Very bad experience in winter
The window of his room did not close while we are in the middle of winter.
There was no garbage can available.

Convenient, but not the greatest. Property could do with a bit more cleaning, and the property smelt of smoke. Considering that the booking was made indicating child and dog in attendance, we were placed on the top floor, furthest away and there is no lift.
