This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform Résidence Pierre & Vacances Premium Port Prestige of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Reception hours: Tuesday to Friday and Sunday: 09:00-12:00, 16:00-19:00. Monday: 08:00-12:00, 16:00-19:00 and Saturday: 09:00-12:00, 15:00-19:00. If you plan to arrive outside reception hours, please contact the residence in advance. Prices include: all taxes and fees (except for the city tax and the possible booking fees), TV, bath linen (1 towel + 1 small towel), cleaning linen (kitchen towel + bath mat), cleaning kit, beds made on arrival, final cleaning (except for kitchen area and dishes) , basic WiFi and 2 bathrobes. The outdoor pool is open from May to October. For any invoice requests, please note that the name used will be the name stated on the reservation. In case the total amount of the reservation is not paid in the timeframe set in the policies, the property reserves the right to cancel the reservation and apply cancelation fees. Please note that any modification may incur a fee. Please note that credit card is the only accepted method of payment.
