Parking is subject to availability due to limited spaces. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. This property is located in a residential area, and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that this property cannot be rented as an event venue. Please note that this property charges a group deposit of EUR 300 per apartment for groups of 6 or more people. Guests using parking are required to give a EUR 50 deposit upon check-in for remote control. It is fully refundable upon departure after returning the remote control. We accept only card or contactless payments in our office, cash payments are not accepted.
