You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. If you require an invoice when booking a prepaid rate, write this and your company details in the Special Requests box. In accordance with Colombian tax law, foreign citizens and nonresident Colombian citizens who receive certain stamps or visas upon entry into the country will be exempt from paying the 19% VAT tax. The exemption will only apply in certain cases to be reviewed at the reception. The travel documentation with the stamp or visa granted must be presented upon arrival.

For stays on or after January 1, 2023, residents of Colombia and non-residents staying 60 consecutive days or more will be charged a 19% national sales tax by the property at the time of stay. Travelers on a tourist visa will not be required to pay this tax. The tax may be charged where a room is shared by a taxable and a non-taxable guest.
