Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. The Singular Restaurant: Closed from Sun, Mar 30, 2025 until Fri, Oct 31, 2025 The Singular Hotel protects its guests information according confidentiality policies. Please note that one child under 4 years stays free of charge when using existing beds. Based on local tax laws, all Chilean citizens and resident foreigners must pay an additional fee (IVA) of 19%. To be exempt from this 19% additional fee (IVA) the payment must be made in US dollars and a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented. The passenger won’t be exempt from this fee when paying in local currency. In case of no show the invoice will be billed in local currency, including this additional fee (IVA). * This additional fee (IVA) is not included in the hotel rates and must be paid separately.

Chilean citizens will be charged an additional 19% value added tax. Please note that foreign guests do not need to pay this tax if they show their passports, immigration cards (issued within 90 days), and a non-Chilean credit card.
