Two different employees, two totally different experiences
What I want to talk about is Theresa. She was the lady at the desk when I checked out on Dec 10. Theresa was a joy to deal with. So happy, engaging, interested in me, interesting to talk with, helpful, so very friendly. Please pass this on to her boss. Tell Theresa I am sorry the review is so late in coming.
Now, the lady that checked me in Dec 9 (did not get her name) was cold, unfriendly and very snobbish. She needs to be disciplined in how to deal with customers
She sure could use lessons from Theresa as Theresa really makes the customer feel great.
Please make sure Theresa and the other lady get told about this review.
