Please note that breakfast is served as a buffet or as a set menu, depending on the number of guests. Some rooms can accommodate an extra bed. Please note that extra bed requests should be confirmed and approved by Lucky Bansko Aparthotel SPA & Relax in advance. During winter season, the rate includes free transportation to and from the Gondola station every 30 minutes. We inform you that in the period 12.04. – 17.04.2024 we will do preventive maintenance of the pools at the Lucky Bansko SPA & Relax aparthotel. The cleaning and repair of the pools is part of our commitment to you, our guests, for security and safe conditions for the use of our pools. The rest of the facilities in our SPA center will function normally. We offer two options: ➢ Guests who already have reservations in this period can go cancel without penalty or reschedule them to another date ➢ Guests who want to keep their stay in the period 12-17.04,.2024, will be able to choose and use one of the compensating therapies: • Partial massage 1 zone, 20 min. – for an adult • Hydromassage bath • Cryotherapy • Pressotherapy • Free use of salt room by children Please inform us promptly of your wish.
