Good alternative

Hotel is about a year old and all in new so the facilities are in good working order. Suites are ample and comfortable and each has its own Wi-Fi in-room router which work well. In my room, the TV was impossible to tune-in as it had two remote controls and no visible instructions nor dis the remotes follow any logical sequence to get a signal: bit careless of whoever is in charge of that.
Rooms have somewhat flashy furniture (think IKEA +), so hope replacements are made when they quickly deteriorate. Towels in my room were frayed, so perhaps thats not a good sign.
Breakfast is an OK and simple affair. In the evenings there is a terrace that is quite pleasant to sit out in.
The pool is minuscule and wonder if that is something anybody would actually enjoy and spend time there, but its there.
Will come back in the future here: it's well located and want this hotel alternative to succeed

Very good stay - comfortable and good client attention

During a business travel to Santa Cruz de la Sierra in Bolivia, I spent 4 weeks at MAI Suites, located in the Sirari area, near the 4th Ring, and close to the Equipetrol Business Area. The apartment type suite was very comfortable, with either light or continental breakfast (including eggs / omellets, pastries, etc) included. The suite included a living room and good kitchen, with a separate bedroom with vestier and bathroom. The attention from the MAI Suites personnel was great, from the reception all the way to their Management. there is a swimming pool outside.

pésima experiencia

El hotel tiene olor a comida todo el día, en especial en el piso 4.
No tuve agua caliente durante mi estadía, subían a arreglar el calefón, taradaban como 15 min y al final me duché con agua helada en clima frio en Santa Cruz. además que la ducha se despego, cayó al suelo y me lastimó el pie.
No tienen restaurant, te dan la opción de pedir comida de una página de internet, tardaron hora y media en entregar mi pedido desde que llame con mi opción hasta que me la entregaron, además de cobrar el 30% de comisión para el hotel.
El desayuno muy pobre, no hacen el refill de cosas a tiempo, solo leche fria, cereal y algunos sandwiches.
lamentablemente hicieron pesima mi estadia, me quedo muy molesta con el hotel, las instalaciones y el servicio.

Muy buen hotel

Pase 5 noches en este hotel y la verdad es que tiene una atención impecable, el personal es muy cálido, las habitaciones son enormes y super cómodas como así también muy bien equipada, en servicio de WiFi es muy decente, lo único que es criticable es que no posee restorán por lo que es necesario salir a cenar, sin embargo la ubicación del hotel en muy buena por lo que en un radio de 10 cuadras hay una excelente oferta gastronómica. Sin duda volveré.
