A damage deposit of AUD 250 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. If you expect to arrive after 20:00, please contact the property in advance to arrange check in procedures, using the contact details found on the booking confirmation. Please note there is a 1.5% charge when paying with Visa or Mastercard credit card. There is a 2% charge when you pay with an American Express credit card. We have limited pet friendly rooms. Contact the property directly when traveling with pets, please note that an extra charge of $60 per night fee applies. Bookings from residential addresses within the Wellington Shire may not be accepted. Any bookings made without an address provided will not be confirmed until a valid ID and residential address is provided. The Hotel reserves the right to refuse entry on the above basis.
