This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. A damage deposit of AUD 200 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that this property has no reception. For key collection kindly refer to the address on the confirmation booking. Please note you will be charged a prepayment of 50% of the total price at the time of reservation and the remaining amount 14 days before arrival. This property has self-check in and key safe details will be sent after completion of the security bond as per the terms and conditions of booking. Arrival time is any time after 3pm.
