Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of AUD 500 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that there is a 2% charge when you pay with a Visa or Mastercard credit card. Please note that there is a 4% charge when you pay with an American Express or Diners Club credit card. You must show a valid photo ID and credit card upon check in. This photo ID and credit card must be in the same name as the guest's name on the booking confirmation. All clients under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian. The property has the right to refuse any booking when the legal guardian over 18 cannot provide a current photo ID or proof of guardianship if requested upon check-in. Please note that rooms are serviced weekly. Daily service is available upon request and at an extra cost. Please note that this apartment is privately owned and is not associated with the onsite building managers/reception.
