Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of AUD 400 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that this property requires a AUD 100 credit card pre-authorization per room upon check in to cover any incidental charges. If paying by cash, a AUD 200 bond is required upon check in. Please note that there is a 1.5% charge for guests paying with a credit card. Please note that there is a 3% charge when you pay with an American Express or international credit card.
